ROOF/PIPE BOOT

Roof boots are easy to install and provide a cone design that conforms easily to a range of roof pitches. Clearly marked cutting grooves make it easy to size correctly.

 

The main job of a roof boot is to prevent water from following the pipe down through your roof and into your home. This makes them a crucial component of your roof system.

  • #3 - 1/4" to 5"

  • #3RB - 1/4" to 5" (RetroFit)

  • #5 - 4" to 8"

  • #7 - 6" to 12"

  • #8 - 7" to 14"

FOAM CLOSURES

The closures fill in the space between the roof deck (the base of which your roof lays) and the high part of the waves that make up a metal panel.

POLYCARBONATE

Polycarbonate (PC) plastic is a versatile and durable thermoplastic polymer known for its exceptional impact resistance and natural transparency.  Polycarbonate is a very strong and resilient thermoplastic material.  It is also very lightweight and capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, either hot or cold. Due to these qualities it makes for an effective roofing material for many applications. With the UV blocking capabilities of polycarbonate, it is a perfect material for constructing awnings or sunroom roofing. These properties of polycarbonate also make it the ideal material for the construction of greenhouses, chicken coops, or to add a little light to a building making it more energy efficient.

We also offer color matching POP RIVETS and galvanized PANCAKE HEAD screws.

COLOR MATCHING FASTENERS

Hi-Lo screws are some of the best in the industry. They are sharper, drill better, and the cut point is true. The paint stays on when installing and builders prefer “true” sizing and Hi-Lo threading for better holding power and easy installation.

UNDERLAYMENT

Whether or not a roofing underlayment is required for your roof type, it’s always a good idea since it provides an extra layer of protection for your home. Without a roofing underlayment, rain and other bad weather can seep into your roof deck and cause serious problems like rot, mildew, and mold.

At TRIAD we offer you 2 options for your roofs protection.

​

  1. RoloShield 48" x 250' - Contractor friendly Roloshield™ is lightweight, stronger than felt, and is faster to install. Use less rolls to cover more roof and lower your installed cost by using this 100% polypropylene synthetic roofing underlayment.

  2. Titanium Ice & Water 36" x 72' - Titanium® Synthetic and Self-Adhered Underlayment's create a durable, tough barrier under metal roofs.

SEALANTS

Sealants protect your roof from severe weather such as rain, snow, and heat. Over time, storms and extreme sun can cause damage, leading to leaks and other issues. Ensuring your roof is properly protected can also increase energy efficiency and prolong roof life.

​

  1. Butyl Tape - 3/4"x3/32" x 50' & 3/8"x3/32" x 45'

  2. Titebond Caulking - Clear 10 oz Container Size, Cartridge
